Hi, I’m Misty Gigliotti, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with nearly a decade in the health and wellness industry.

I help women move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies, especially those navigating pain, past injuries, or rebuilding strength safely. My approach especially resonates with women in their 40s and beyond who want to stay active for life.

    A Discovery Call is a quick 15–20 minute phone conversation where we’ll get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if we’re a great fit. If it feels right, we’ll move on to step two together.

  2. Free Consultation & Movement Assessment
    The Consultation is a free in-person meeting at Misty G Fitness where we’ll look at your mobility, balance, and strength. Together, we’ll talk through a plan to move forward, and if we agree, we’ll move to step three.

  3. Start Your Journey
    Step Three is all about you. We’ll be following your individualized plan to build real strength, lasting confidence, and a body that moves and feels better every day.
