in-Person
My gym is private, so you won’t have to worry about crowds or distractions. It’s just you and me, focused on your goals!
SEMI-PRIVATE training
If you’d like to train with 1 or 2 friends or family members, let’s discuss everyone’s goals and coordinate schedules to create the best plan for all of you.
REMOTE (Online training)
If you're unable to meet in person because of location, scheduling conflicts, or if you simply prefer remote training, we've got you covered!
IN-Person
Each 45- to 60-minute session is just you and me, working together in my private gym. Our sessions begin with targeted muscle activation and stretching, tailored to address any imbalances identified in your initial assessment. This ensures your body is prepped and ready for an effective workout.
We'll start with a focus on stability and endurance, building a strong foundation before progressing through customized phases of training. I’ll guide you through various techniques to keep things engaging and effective.
If balance is part of your goals, we’ll incorporate specific exercises and I'll provide balance-focused homework to support your progress. Mobility work will also be included, based on the results of your initial assessment, to ensure you’re moving with ease and strength.

remote (Online)
Not located nearby or have a busy schedule? Online training might be the perfect fit for you! After an initial consultation to personalize your program, here’s what you can expect:
Each week, I’ll deliver 2 to 3 customized workouts through Trainerize. Your workouts will include a complete warm-up, targeted muscle activation to address any imbalances, a full-body workout with guided exercise videos, and a cooldown. When you’re done, simply mark your workout as complete in the app.
We’ll stay connected through Trainerize, and you’ll have access to me via text, phone, and a weekly check-in call to review your progress and answer any questions.
Your program will be fully tailored to the equipment you have, and depending on your experience level, we may schedule an initial video session to review your form to ensure you're exercising safely and effectively.
This is a flexible, comprehensive way to reach your goals no matter where you are!
Semi-Private
Want to bring a friend or two along for your workouts? My semi-private training sessions are perfect for groups of 2-3 people, held in my private gym.
Each 45- to 60-minute session begins with targeted muscle activation and lengthening exercises based on your initial assessments, ensuring everyone is prepped and ready to train effectively.
We'll likely start with a focus on stability and endurance, gradually incorporating progressive overload to keep you all advancing toward your goals.
To keep the workouts varied and engaging, we’ll use a mix of training methods.
If balance improvement is a goal, we’ll integrate specific exercises, with optional homework for continued progress. We’ll also work on mobility based on each person's assessment to keep everyone moving well.
Whether you’re here for strength, balance, mobility, or a mix of all three, semi-private training is a fun, supportive way to reach your fitness goals together.
