Hi! I’m Misty, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With nearly 10 years in the health and wellness industry, I’m deeply passionate about helping people improve both physically and mentally.
If the idea of working with a personal trainer has ever made you feel intimidated or anxious, I want you to know you can leave those worries behind. I’m approachable and dedicated to creating a relaxed, supportive atmosphere both in and out of the gym.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels. While I love helping everyone, I specialize in working with women in their forties and beyond. But if that’s not you, don’t worry—we could still be a great match! The first step is a free consultation call to determine if we’re the right fit for each other. It’s important to me that I’m the best trainer to help you reach your goals, especially if you have any injuries or limitations. We’ll also make sure our schedules, training methods, and communication styles align.

While I absolutely believe in pushing my clients, I don’t subscribe to the “no pain, no gain” mentality. If you're ready to challenge yourself, we can certainly push hard, but always in a safe, controlled environment using functional movements. In strength training, safety comes first, which is why I take a functional fitness approach. My goal is to help you build strength, balance, and confidence in the gym so that you can take those gains into every part of your life outside of it. The aim is to help you become stronger, more mobile, and better balanced—so you can thrive without the risk of injury.
KEEPIN’ IT REAL
While I’m deeply passionate about health and wellness, I believe in finding balance. I prioritize eating whole, real foods and have even started growing my own sprouts, but you’ll also catch me enjoying pizza and a cold beer with friends and family.
I love staying active—working out, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones—but I also know the importance of taking those lazy couch days when my body and mind need it. And that’s okay. After all, consistency always beats perfection!
